You Don't Need a Diagnosis
ADHD support doesn't have to begin with a diagnosis
You may already have an ADHD diagnosis, or you may waiting for an assessment. Perhaps someone close to you as ADHD and you would like to understand more or you may simply recognise some ADHD traits and want to explore strategies that could help.
For many of my workshops, a formal diagnosis is not required
The aim is not to decide whether someone "has ADHD", workshops are about increasing understanding, exploring experiences and discovering practical approaches that may make everyday life easier.
