About Me

I am a Specialist ADHD Coach supporting children, adults, parents and families to understand their brains and build lives that work for them — not against them.

With over 25 years’ experience working across corporate and educational settings, I have always been drawn to helping people recognise their potential. What I now understand, through both professional training and lived experience, is that many people are not lacking ability — they simply have not been given the right understanding of how their brain works.

I am a qualified Professional Coach, accredited as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and trained through the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC). My work is grounded in ethical, evidence-informed coaching practice and neurodiversity-affirming principles.

I am also proud to have developed and deliver the first NHS ADHD coaching support programme through GP surgeries on the Isle of Wight. I work with individuals who are post-diagnosis, awaiting assessment and those who self-identify as ADHD — providing education, practical strategies and emotional support at a crucial stage of their journey.

My professional training uncovered something deeply personal. Through the process, I gained clarity around my own late ADHD diagnosis and began to understand myself in a completely new way. I also have lived experience of supporting a neurodivergent child.

ADHD is not a flaw. It is not a failure. It is not brokenness.

It is a different way of processing, feeling, responding and thinking.

When understood properly, it can be powerful.

I live on the Isle of Wight with my family and our rescue dog, and when I am not coaching you will usually find me walking the beaches, in the countryside or on the water around the Island.
