Sometimes understanding what is happening can be the first step towards changing it
ADHD can affect far more than concentration.
It can influence motivation, organisation, emotions, relationships, energy levels, confidence and the way we respond to the demands of everyday life.
Workshops provide an opportunity to explore these areas in a supportive environment alongside other people who may recognise some of the same experiences.
Rather than offering a "magic box of tricks", my approach is about helping you understand why something may be happening, explore what works for you and identify practical changes you can take into everyday life.
Depending on the workshops, you may:
-
Develop a better understanding on ADHD
-
Recognise patterns in your own experiences
-
Learn practical strategies and tools
-
Hear different perspectives from others
-
Explore your strengths as well as your challenges
-
Leave with ideas you can try straight away
-
Feel more confident having conversations about ADHD and neurodiversity
There is no expectation to share personal information within a group unless you choose to. You can participate in the way that feels most comfortable for you.
